Kami ay located sa Bacoor, Cavite ngunit nag-o-operate lang online.

6. Paano ko mababayaran ang aking order?

Natanggap kami ng payments sa pamamagitan ng GCash, BPI, Unionbank, at Paypal.

7. Maaari bang makipagkita para makuha ang aking order?

Maaari lang kaming makipagkita tuwing Wednesday sa SM Bacoor simula 5PM-6PM.

8. Kailan ko matatanggap ang aking order?

Nagshi-ship lang kami ng orders tuwing Wednesday. Asahan ang pagdating ng inyong orders sa address na ibinigay ninyo sa amin sa loob ng:

Luzon: 1 - 2 business days
Visayas and Mindanao: 3 - 7 business days
Other Countries (via UPS): 7 business days

9. Magkano ang shipping fee?

Nagcha-charge kami ng ₱200 (fixed) para sa shipping and handling para sa lahat ng aming local customers.

Kung sa ibang bansa, depende na yan sa kanilang lokasyon.

10. Paano ma-track ang status ng aking order?

Para sa mga local customers, pumunta lang sa https://www.lbcexpress.com/ at gamitin lang ang LBC tracking number na ibinigay namin.

Kung ipinadala ang produkto sa pamamagitan ng UPS, pumunta lang sa https://www.ups.com/ at gamitin ang UPS tracking number na inyong natanggap.

Kung magkaroon man ng problema, i-email lang kami sa natureoz.com@gmail.com at asahan na mabilis naming aaksiyunan ito.

We are located at Bacoor, Cavite but we are currently not accept walk-in clients; we are only operating online.

What are the modes of payment?


You can transfer the payment to one of our bank accounts (BPI Express / UnionBank of the Philippines). You can also pay through GCash or PayMaya. We will email you the bank account info and the recipient’s details after you place an order on our website.

Can we meet to get my order?


Yes. You can meet us at SM Bacoor every Tuesday and Thursday only. Please type in FOR MEET-UP in the NOTES field on the check out page if this is your preferred delivery method.
We currently don't allow in-person meetups to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?


We are shipping orders every Tuesday and Thursday. If you settle the payment on a Friday or Monday, your item will be shipped the following Tuesday. If the payment has been made on a Wednesday, it will shipped the following Thursday. Cut-off time is 2PM so if you place an order on a Tuesday @ 2:01PM, your order will be shipped on the following Thursday. Expect your package to arrive at your preferred shipping address within 2 - 3 business days from the shipment date. You will receive the tracking number on the day it has been shipped.
We are shipping orders every Wednesday. Expect your package to arrive at your preferred shipping address within 3 - 7 business days from the shipment date. You will receive the tracking number on the day it has been shipped.

How much is the shipping?


We use LBC as our shipping partner and charge ₱200 for the shipping and handling. This only applies to local customers.

We are also shipping products to certain countries via UPS. Shipping fee depends on the country and total weight of an order.

How to track the status of my order?


To track the status of your order, please go to: https://www.lbcexpress.com.

Please take note that the LBC tracking system is not updating in real time so please do this after a few hours [from the time we give you the tracking number]. If you still receive, a "Pending" result after doing so, please email us at natureoz.com@gmail.com so we can assist you.

For international customers, please go to UPS.com to track the status of your package.
