Pendulum dowsing is one of the easiest forms of divination. It works by tapping into your intuition.

Before you can use a pendulum, you need to calibrate it. Here’s how to do it:

1. Cleanse it first by soaking it in a bowl of water with a pinch of salt dissolved in it overnight. Or you can simply fumigate it with incense.

2. Charge it with your own energy by holding it for 10 minutes sitting quietly and with you eyes closed. You can also ask your spiritual guides or guardian angels to communicate with you through the pendulum.

3. Hold the bead at the top of the chain between your thumb and forefinger of one hand. Make sure you keep it perfectly still.

4. Ask your pendulum to show you a ‘YES’ response. You need to be patient while doing this because it may take a few seconds or minutes before it responds. When it starts moving, note whether it goes side to side, forwards to backwards, or some other direction.

5. Pause for a while and ask the pendulum to show you a ‘NO’ response.

6. It’s time to test it by asking it with simple YES/NO questions that you already know the answer to.

You are now ready to use your pendulum for divination.

You need to cleanse and charge it on a regular basis to get the best result from your pendulum.

6. What are the modes of payment?

You can deposit the payment to one of our bank accounts (BPI / Unionbank). You can also pay via money remittance service such as LBC, Palawan Express, Western Union, Cebuana or MLhuillier. We will email you the bank account info and the recipient’s details after you place an order on our website.

7. Can we meet to get my order?

Yes. You can meet us at SM Bacoor every Tuesday and Thursday only. Please type in FOR MEET-UP in the NOTES field on the check out page if this is your preferred delivery method.

8. How long does it take for me to receive my order?

We are shipping orders every Tuesday and Thursday only. If you settle the payment on a Friday or Monday, your item will be shipped the following Tuesday. If the payment has been made on a Wednesday, it will shipped the following Thursday. Cut-off time is 2PM so if you place an order on a Tuesday @ 2:01PM, your order will be shipped on the following Thursday.

9. How much is the shipping?

We use LBC as our shipping partner and charge ₱200 for the shipping and handling. This only applies to local customers.

We are also shipping products to certain countries via UPS. Shipping fee depends on the country and total weight of an order.

10. How to track the status of my order?

To track the status of your order, please go to: https://www.lbcexpress.com.

Please take note that the LBC tracking system is not updating in real time so please do this after a few hours [from the time we give you the tracking number]. If you still receive, a "Pending" result after doing so, please email us at natureoz.com@gmail.com so we can assist you.

For international customers, please go to UPS.com to track the status of your package.

If this is not convenient for you, you can send us the payment for your order via LBC/Palawan Express or deposit it into our bank account (BPI Express). Please add 170 pesos (Luzon) or 185 pesos (Visayas & Mindanao) for the shipping fee. Once the payment has been sent, send us your full name, complete address (door-to-door), contact number and email address. We usually ship items within 1 to 3 business days.
